Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy for specific cases to ensure fairness while protecting product quality and cost.

You may request a free return, refund, or replacement if:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Wrong item, size, or color
  • Lost in transit (verified by tracking)
  • Incomplete (e.g. missing item from a bundle)
  • Wrong address was entered and you contacted us within 1–3 days (before dispatch) — we may be able to update it during processing

To qualify:

  • Within 15 days of delivery
  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Please note:
We do not offer refunds or free returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing (refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Wrong address provided, if we were not contacted in time
  • Packages marked as delivered by courier, with no supporting issue or evidence

When will I get my order?

We offer worldwide shipping with full tracking provided. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

For EU, UK, and select international customers, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

This means you won’t have to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes when your parcel arrives—everything is covered by us for a smoother delivery experience.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USA / Canada: 7–12 business days

UK / Germany / France / EU: 6–10 business days

Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 7–14 business days
